Years of Experience
Terri Pierce Thompson knows what it feels like to carry hope and hurt in the same heart. Her life has been a journey of learning to start again, trust again, and believe again, especially when the road has been hard. From those experiences grew a passion for serving others who are searching for direction, healing, and encouragement. Terri speaks from a place of understanding, not perfection, and she meets people exactly where they are.

As the founder of iEnVision Coaching & Consulting and Pathways to Purpose Foundation, Terri dedicates her life to helping individuals discover their worth, reclaim their confidence, and create meaningful change. Whether she is coaching, mentoring, writing, or speaking, her message is always the same: your story matters, your voice matters, and it is never too late to become who you were created to be.
